Some days it feels impossible to work all day, taxi kids around, prepare a meal, squeeze in a workout, walk the dog, AND tackle the additional 327 items on your to-do list! I would love to share my successes and failures in hopes of making your day-to-day life a little easier – from recipes to vacations and everything in between!

Pork Ribs Fast and Easy – Pressure Cooker

Smoked pork ribs are a summer favorite in our house!  My husband will fire up the smoker and spend the day preparing them.  But there are days when we don’t have time (or its too darn cold!) for the traditional method.  This pressure cooker recipe creates fall off the bone tender ribs in about an hour!  We usually have several flavors of BBQ sauce to please everyone in our house, but my favorite is sweet and spicy.

  • I gave it four stars. It tastes great, but if you’ve had good smoked ribs, then you’ll know that something is missing here. Can’t beet the 30ish minute cook time though.
