Beef and Broccoli – Easy and Tasty
Beef and Broccoli
There are few meals that excite all five of us, especially a picky boy who dislikes veggies. This beef and broccoli recipe is simple to prepare and delicious! The only downside is the price of beef – my boys have big appetites so it can be a little costly to serve several pounds of flank steak in one meal. I’ve discovered Costco is by far the cheapest place to purchase flank steak, so I stock up whenever I go!

If I could give it 4.5 stars that would be better. The flavor and taste is great, but the cost of flank steak can be a bit much. Save this for those special times. It is worth it.
