Italian seasoned chicken breast
This Italian seasoned chicken is full of flavor and so simple! Just toss it on the grill or in a baking dish for a quick and easy dinner. I love to slice this chicken and toss in a salad, but it is great on its own. Personally, I am always trying to get enough protein in my diet and stay on the healthy side as well. This chicken keeps me in line with my health goals and tastes great at the same time.
I came up with this recipe through trial and error. You may have to change the quantity and type of spices you use if you find that the taste is not to your liking.
It has a bit of a kick, and that is what my husband and I love about this Italian Seasoned Chicken recipe.

Italian seasoned chicken breast
The flavor! Quick and easy chicken dinner with an Italian kick.
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tsp Pizza Seasoning blend ((or use just basil))
- 1 tsp Tones Six Pepper Seasoning ((or use red pepper))
- .5 tsp garlic salt

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Remove excess fat from chicken breast, if needed.

Coat baking dish with cooking spray (or use olive oil).

Place chicken breast in baking dish.

Season chicken evenly with garlic salt, Six Pepper blend, and Pizza Seasoning blend.

Bake for 25 minutes or until internal temp reaches 160.
I love to add this chicken to a salad with lettuce, tomato, basil, mozzarella, and balsamic dressing!
